To My Fellow Court Reporters:

I am pleased to announce that I have taken over as the exclusive owner of HG Deposition and Litigation Services, formerly known as Henjum Goucher Reporting Services. I founded HG over 37 years ago when it was originally known as Diana Henjum Reporting Services.  I stepped away from managing HG a few years ago, but now I’m back.

The court reporting business is constantly evolving. HG is committed to be at the forefront of this evolution to better support our clients and you, the court reporters.  The staff at HG is experienced, dedicated, loyal and most of all eager to assist our reporters with the many facets of your daily challenges.  We strive to be at the cutting edge of court reporting technology.   I understand your challenges as I was a successful court reporter for many years.  Having a seasoned, experienced court reporter at the helm of such a long-established agency brings a much needed, fresh approach to HG.  I am working daily with our staff to produce your transcripts timely and accurately, while at the same time interfacing on your behalf with our clients in a personal and professional manner.  I am here for you, to help you thrive in your career and to embrace the quality of life that we all enjoy as a court reporter.

As you all know, there is an extreme shortage of professional court reporters. Therefore, I would urge each and every one of you to refer independent freelance reporters to our agency. There is plenty of work to go around, all over the country. Referrals from our group of reporters are an extremely important part of the process of making sure that all of HG’s clients are very well taken care of.  This benefits all of us.

I also have some exciting news to share: Angie Culberson will be returning to HG as Supervisor of Resource Scheduling.  Angie started her career with me back in 1994.  Her start date is Monday, September 26.  Please reach out and welcome her back! Also Donna Trimble will be working alongside Angie in Resource Scheduling.  Donna started her career with me back in 1999.  Welcome Donna back also!

In closing, I’m really excited to be back in charge of HG and looking forward to renewing old relationships and making new ones. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me as I’m here to help you get more work and make more money.

Warm Regards,

Diana Henjum Osberg
