I. Job Summary
Processing and producing deposition transcripts .
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
* Coordinate incoming transcripts.
* Importing & uploading data across different programs.
* Following production guidelines and processes to complete projects correctly according to deadlines.
* Must be able to function in a team environment.
* Miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
III. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma.
B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required, professional services firm experience a plus.
Some legal experience required.
PC Literate
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrate oral, written and listening skills.
Organization and time management skills
