I. Job Summary
Responsible for communicating directly with attorneys, paralegals and secretaries regarding their scheduling needs, then clearly documenting that information in the database for use by clients, resources and HG Litigation staff. Also responsible for confirming depositions the day before, and making sure all details are adequately covered and accurately documented for online viewing by clients and resources. The Client Manager is the first tier for resolving issues before, during or after the deposition, and is responsible for assuring everything goes as planned for our clients.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and present a confident, polished and personable appearance on the phone and in person. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are imperative. Previous legal experience is desired.
- Ability to work in a rapidly fun, focused and changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.
