The advantages of paperless technology for case management are stunning. It reduces the original size of case data into the size of a notebook computer. It makes case organization simple; document retrieval and referencing a task that takes seconds instead of minutes or hours. But the most important benefit of using paperless technology is that it enables law firms to build their cases in a way that greatly enhances the outcome, which is what all attorneys want.
In this class, attorneys will receive training in practical applications of case management software and trial presentation software which will enable them to prepare for trial in a paperless, time-efficient manner. They will learn how they can structure their cases clearly and effectively for successful, seamless, paperless presentation. Attorneys will also receive education and advice regarding technology outfitted courtrooms and tools to use for trial advantage.
